Anyone else out there having trouble with bad air quality days? Usually winter inversions, cold air and chemicals are my triggers and I get a bad cough. We have had "red" air days this last week though- at times I walk outside and can barely see the mountains just several blocks away. For the last two days I have had some difficulty getting a good breath--already on Singulair, Advair 500/50--had to pull out the Albuterol again. I'm staying indoors most of the days just because of the bad air but it can be frustrating.

yup today, I got inside from a walk and I was having trouble breathing all dizzy and forgot my rescue inhaler which i rarely use. IN NH air quality was not good today!!! I just bought a prius and thinking about lessmog for my license plate!
