View Full Version : Oval or Anatomical Cheek Implts+Less=More, but How much less?

I am officially confused over whether to choose an oval or an anatomical shaped malar implant. If there is slight malpositioning, or asymetric migration, the anatomical, like Implantech Terino Malar Shells can look really weird...But the ovals ones seems easier to place, since they have no wings to align equally.

Also, everyone is saying smaller cheek implants are better...but, how small is small? It seems like a 2mm implant may not make any difference, under 8-10 mm of flesh? So is small enough to make a difference at least a 3mm implant?

Thanks alot for sharing ladies and gentlemen.. well, i hope you will...Someone out there must have the answers!
