I need some help trying to figure out what is up ! I have had mostly left sided lower abdominal pain for months, had a pelvic ultrasound, transvaginal ultrasound, as well as an abdominal CT scan. The ultrasound picked up cysts on BOTH SIDEs and that is it. The AB ct picked up moderate stool through out the colon. I am trying to figure out if this is synonomous with IBS or not. The pain is like a heaviness and can come and go(if I pass gass it seems to go) I also have a lot of gas and i have gurgling and diarrhea quite often...thanks!
