I had my yearly check up and the dr said that my test came back positive for Chlamydia. However, I have not had sex with no one me and my boyfriend have messed around, but have never had sex. He was tested for chlamydia as well and his results came back negative. He is the only guy I have ever been with. So could it be that i never had it.

Chlamydia can be transmitted during vaginal, anal, or oral sex. . Chlamydia is the most common treatable STD, with that in mind I would just go get treated or get another test to see if there was a mistake! :)

Hi lilzshawty, false positives are rare in std testing, but I really don't see any other explanation if you know that you have never had sex.
I would probably get tested again.
