My doctor just percribed me 20mg of Lexapro and I took the first one yesterday. I felt completely wired and jittery. I woke up soaked with sweat, thats after i finally fell asleep after i tossed n turned for 5 hours thinking about dumb stuff, bad stuff like ppl dying. Then I'd be cold. I felt even more depressed and my whole body felt weird. I didnt feel suicidal though or anything like that. I also had a bad hangover when i took it, can this have effected it? I'm scared to take another one today and I've missed a lot of work and im very stressed about that because there are only 4 ppl in my office, so when one is gone, its a lot for them. I know i shouldnt worry about that but i do. I was on a train that derailed and caught fire last week and we had to evacuate out of a tunnel cuz it was in the subway, and it was very scary and I thought i was pretty much gonna die. Now goin to work is a chore because i will not ride that train, i take a metra which is a farther walk, and just more complicated and i dread it everyday, but i dont want to quit. Do i need Lexapro? I was on ativan too, that just knocked me on my ***.
