ok so about two or three weeks ago i noticed i had a red bump on my penis... very small... its light red normally but when i masterbates it turns to a darker red and the next day its back to light again... once i rubbed on it and it turned purple around it and soon went back to how it was... ive never had sexual contact so what can this be?
