Alrighty heres the amusing story. A couple of days ago I noticed I had about 3 or 4 largish raised red spots on the shaft of my penis as well as one on the head (near my urethra) Now this obviously worried me, however, they don't itch, hurt, or otherwise bug me in any way what so ever except by their mere existance. The only reason I noticed them at all was because I was washing myself in the shower. Now since I haven't seen these on me before and I've been faithfully commited to my boy for about 4 months now I ruled out STD's. Recent events have worried me though since I've noticed what appears to be a pimple like thing on the shaft of his penis. Strange part is I know he hasn't had sex with anyone but me for probably about 5 months or so. Is there anything else this could be? Strange coincidence perhaps or do I really have something I should be worried about here?

it could be genital warts... any bumps "down there" should definitely be looked at by a doctor before you make any self diagnosis. i have the same problem. i have a pimple-like thing on my vagina, but my boyfriend has genital warts so i'm just assuming thats what mine is. you can be infected with the virus for awhile and not show warts until your immune system is weakened for any reason. you should both do some research and try to rule out the possibility of genital warts. its way more common than most people would like to believe. i am only 20 years old and have them. i think my current boyfriend got them from his ex girlfriend and then gave them to me. its definitely overwhelming because i thought "this could NEVER happen to me." well, it did and i live with it every day. i heard if you put vinegar on it and it turns white then its a wart, but who knows how real that is. i would just go to a doctor. they'll tell ya for sure.
