ok im gonna do some math with you so stick with me...
someone who is at a healthy weight needs probably 2000 calories a day to maintain their weight. so 2000 calories times (x) 7 days a week equals 14,000 calories per week.
You ate 1000 (x) 7 days = 7000 calories this week (+) 6000 binge = 13,000 calories this week.
believe it or not, your 1000 calories short PLUS your supposed to be gaining weight.
Now, im in no way saying that this pattern is ok. But it should prove to you that tomorrow would be a great day to try to eat "normally." You gain weight over time..lots of time. not one week. it takes like a month to put on a couple of pounds..sorry i dont know how to translate to stones. but its not alot..its miniscule. im sure youve heard this 100 times but 1000 calories a day is STARVATION which leads to binges..which are no fun. The only way to beat an eating disorder is to fight it. you MUST FIGHT the urges to restrict. you MUST DISOBEY your ed. You are strong and beautiful and WORTHY of recovery. Please try...

onetruefriend....
PinstripedBabe has some good advice. I'm doing a lot of the same things as you. Eating 1,000 calories every day and wondering why I end up b/p'ing (which you don't do, but I do). Eating this amount must be too little (although I'd like to believe it's not!), because I always end up eating binging horribly.
So good luck! We can do this together! Not restricting is very, very difficult but crucial to overcoming an eating disorder, in my opinion.

ive never had a binge like that before so im really not sure. but what i can asure you is that it IS water because like i pointed out in my earlier post...your still short of calories. It will pass i promise. Please try "normal" eating. even with "normal" eating, the water and bloating will pass. I PROMISEEEEEE!!!!:D :D :D
