hello. well to give you a background iam 21 years old, my dad is not bald and as far as i know none of both sides of the family have baldness, maybe just old age thinning but not really bald hair. i don't know if its just me or my hair is thinning in one spot in my head (right front side). its growing fine but i can see my scalp if i put my head down and look straight at my curly hair. before i cut my hair 1 month ago i used to blow dry it alot, almost everyday. would that be the cause?
and when i cut my hair i did not completley cut it, but it was almost a bald cut(number 1 on the machine). so i was thinking will the hair fix itself hehe? should i completely cut it and start over incase maybe damaged hair is still on the top. i
so basically should i cut all of my hair and start over?
thanks in advance

There's no way to tell for sure really, as baldness can skip generations. If no one in your family is bald then that is a good sign but still not a guarantee. Blowdrying won't cause baldness either. I suppose in an extreme case it could burn the hair and/or scalp, but if you use a hairdryer just make sure to use the lowest setting and don't aim it at one place for too long.
