if you are underweight ( i am ) and have to gain
IS IT YOU HAVE TO EAT MORE NOW TO GAIN??
OR JUST EAT MORE TO BE EATING WHAT I SHOULD HAVE BEEN AND I WILL GAIN????
like do i need to eat more now than i would if i was healthy or if i eat now what i would eat if i was healthy will that be it ?????

Right now, you haev to slowly increase what and how much youre eating until you start gaining steadily. Once you plateau (stop gaining), increase a little more, and so on, until you reach a healthy weight. Then you'll have to decrease what you're eating by a LITTLE to maintain. Relatively speaking, you have to eat more to gain, and the amoutn you eat will be generall the amount that you SHOULD be eating if you were at a healthy weight.
