Hypothyroid on 100 mcg Levothyroxine for 10 years
Never had regular peroid ,mild acne for the last 5yrs,milk discharge although not breast feeding
Have two kids took OCPs to regularize the periods just before conceiving

Recently I had blood profile done due exhaustion fatigue slight oral cavity pigmentaion sore hip and shoulder soft tissue frequent vague headache and stomach ache sore throat.
Cortisol low 142 at 8:30
Na & K fine ,High B.P.Dr says it is anxiety however I do have these symptoms and dont know what to do next.any suggestions will be appreciated
