My husband just found out that he has a enchondroma on his heel of his foot. Has anyone else ever had one of these and what did you do for it? He is in his early 60's and never had anything like this before with his feet.
Dr. wants to do surgery to remove it. It's like a knot on the back of his heel, not on the bottom but the back. Will take a month or more to heal after the surgery the Dr. said. It doesn't hurt and really looks worse than what it feels like he says. Any suggestions of what to do instead of surgery. Thanks!
