I have a question regarding a client I am working with who presents with features of white genetics for facial features, hands, face, neck, feet and the rest of him he is black. I asked about any black genetics in his background and he is uncertain.
Is this a skin disease?
Is this a mix of some black genetics in his predominatly white family?
I have never seen or heard of this before and he has never asked although went through much difficulty as a child due to the mixed presentation.
Does anyone know if there is a name for this skin presentation??
