I have been distracted for the last couple of days and tonight I started to feel lightheaded. I sat at my computer trying not to let anxiety to take hold when a thought came to mind...my morning meds. I went to the cabinet and there it was staring me in the face.....lithium, wellbutrin and effexor not taken in the last two days (I get all my meds a week at a time, doc thinks I am going to overdose, so it was easy to tell I fogot). I have been taking myt meds as soon as I wake up for a while now so guess thats says where my mind has been.

depression definately plays a part on memory. i have forgotten to take mine as well some days. and i admit somedays i just don't want to take it. well, thats good that the doctor is being causious with you. i know meds take a long time to take full effect and it does seem like it will never happen. i guess you have to be on the right one. i hope i'm on the right one. i think i'm getting there. not as down as i was. having more good days now then bad. hope things go good for you too.

I have forgotten my prozac before. I normally take it in the a.m. In the afternoon I will start to feel...hmmmm....foggy and sort of lightheaded. Now I recognize it right away and take my medication.
How are you doing with all the changes in your life right now?
