I am about 80 lbs overweight and suspect my gallbladder will need to be removed soon. Will my weight make the laparoscopic method more difficult? Can I expect a greater risk of complications?

My daughter is over weight too she had no problem what so ever a matter a fact I had mine out the 6 of Oct and she did better then me was driving the third day and taking care of her one year old.
