Hi I am currently taking megazyme by enzymatic therapy. My nutritionist had me on an enzyme by phytopharmica. I researched the two brands on the net and found they are made by the same company. ALso, there web pages for the two names are identical. I went with the enzymatic because it's cheaper. I also take a lot of different things. I have a post somewhere around where I listed everything that I am on. The post title is something like "what meds are you taking ...

Good luck!

I can't really say because my problem was never with heartburn or reflux. I started out on prevacid due to an ulcer and gastritis. When I came off the prevacid is when I had some acid problems like indigestion and reflux. I believe this was called a rebound effect where your stomach starts back producing a lot of acid compared to the little bit of acid produced while on the ppi. I do believe that enzymatic therapy makes a product called heartburn relief. I have seen someone here post that they take it with sucessful results. Good luck and let me know if I can be of any more help.
