For years I've had this really strange pain...it starts in my right jaw, travels to my neck, chest, and back, and left arm...at about this point I start to belch. The pain practically knocks my breath away. This has been going on for years. MDs have said that it is not heart related and could be fibromyalgia. If that's so why the belching and why does it feel like travelling gas pains?
