View Full Version : Occaisional Cramping

I do not know if the two are related, but I recently had a pretty bad cold. During that cold I noticed a decrease in my daily bm activity, as I am pretty regular.

Since I have been done with this cold, I have noticed I am getting the occaisional sharp cramp. The cramp seems to be right above my bladder. It will subside almost as quickly as it started, and if I go to the bathroom (either to urinate or have a bm), or if I pass gas the pain quickly subsides.

I haven't made any strange chages to my diet, but this is getting a little annoying. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks.

Oh, I just thought I should include other than the cramping things have returned to normal.

I did do a lot of heavy coughing. Could I have done something from that?
