Hi, everyone. Does anyone have suggestions for when I go tomorrow afternoon to discuss with my dr. about what I should take to combat the insomnia I have with the higher dosage of Lexapro?

I know if I have it with 20mg., I'm bound to have it with 30mg or higher.

I hope this wasn't to late for you, but there have been a few threads on Lexapro and what time it should be taken.

Some people have had success with taking it in the evenings with it helping them drift off. My doc had me taking it in the morning and when it was gaining full strength with me in weeks 3-4, I couldn't pull myself off my couch during the day.

Hi GHGore, I've been taking it in the evening...the higher dose makes me kind of dizzy and a little queasy so I thought it would just be better that way.
