Hi everyone,
Just wanted to ask if anyone feels nausea after eating fat food? Is this normal or could it be a sign of some problem? Thanks.

Hard to suggest what it may be based on just being nauseated from fatty foods. Do you have any other symptoms such as pain, irregular stool, bloated, gas, ...
Fat is hard to digest. Bile is used by breaking down fats into fatty acids, which can be absorbed by the digestive tract. People with gallbladder problems often have trouble with fatty foods because the gallbladder is used to store bile produced by the liver. The fatty foods will irritate a diseased gallbladder because it will make the gallbladder work. With that said, I can't suggest gallbladder problems just because you get nausseated by fatty foods. Do you have any other symptoms?

Out of the clear I could no longer tolerate bacon. The second major attack from eating bacon got me to the emergency room where they discovered gallstones and I had my gallbladder removed. Fat will set off a diseased or sick gallbladder.
