How normal is it to get a pressure in your head and for the veins in your forehead to stand out when you hang upside down or bend over?
What causes the feeling of pressure?...Would an increased pressure mean your blood pressure was high or low?

It is reasonable that blood pressure is lower as gravity is doing most of the work to supply sufficient (or more) blood to vital areas.
