I got my colp results as negative so I was relieved to hear that but what does that mean? I've been watching the site and some people have said that they have gotten a negative, then positive, then cancer. I asked my Dr. and she said I did not have dysplasia so I asked her "I've never had it" and she said "not right now"????? what does that mean?

Dysplasia sometimes resolves itself without treatment, especially mild dysplasia. So, it's possible that you had dysplasia at some point but that it reverted to normal.

It doesn't mean it can't develop again in the future, so keep up with your Paps. But it *is* good news, because it's possible that it may never come back!
