I have this and it pops up occasionally especially when I gert stressed & tighten up my neck muscles. I have been treating it with heat which helps but wonder what else I can do besides downing tons of Motrin daily. Has anyone had any success with some type of therapy for this. Its really hurting bad!!!!!
