Just going to put this out there in hope that someone may shed some light on my situation. I've been under a great deal of stress over the last two months which may have something to do with my symptoms.

2 months ago I had unprotected sex. a week later I noticed some tingling. about 1 week and half later I developed a rash on my penis and I also noticed pearly penile papules for the first time every (pretty sure they werent there before) The rash subsided after using lotriderm, but now 6 weeks later is still somewhat there. 4 weeks ago I noticed bumps/blisters under my tongue, i went to 2 docs, they said bacteria and zapped them with silver nitrate. 3 weeks ago i began getting swollen lymph nodes in my neck which have persisted since. I have a small tiny bump on my penis now which i've noticed for 2 weeks and the bumps under my tongue have come back.

now with all of these symptoms i have seen 3 nurses, 1 std specialist, 1 doctor, and a dermatologists. They say the rash is dermatitist, the bump on the penis is a mulucous, the bumps under the tongue are simply bumps under my tongue. I was tested for everything and only postive was hsv 1 but im pretty sure i've had cold sores as a kid, although i cant really remember. everything else was negative. I do need to go back in 2 months to get re-tested for hiv, but yeah i feel like my body is falling apart and no one can tell me why. seeing another doc monday and dentist tuesday. could this be from anxiety or is there something really wrong with me, i.e cancer, or hiv? any light would be greatly appreciated.

1 last thing which is probably nothing but a week ago i noticed a good half of 1 bum cheek was covered with pimples which as far as i can tell has never happened before. they form, crust, and disappear, is that normal for bum zits?
