I have read about numbness and such in your left arm, but what about tingliness? A few fingers on my left hand have felt tingly for a few days now. Can that have anything to do with heart trouble?

Your thread caught my eye as I just learned of heart trouble today and have had off and on tingling in hands and feet for three to four months! I am scared to death. Can't see cardiologist until Aug 17th!!! Let me know Deena Lindsay:-) 07-28-2006, 09:46 AM Hi, I have congenital heart disease and yes tingling in the fingers is very common, I have friends who have the tingling/numbness in all of their limbs - although not all of the time. I was told at the hospital it is to do with poor circulation, I tend to find that I have it alot in the summer as I don't cope with the heat very well and carry extra fluid which puts extra pressure on my heart, makes it harder to breathe so not enough oxygen gets round then I get the tingling. It does go away though. Lindsay:wave: |
