I love beer but after a night of drinking the next day I feel so fat and gross, not to mention one beer is 100 calories!!! SO my question is does anyone have any low cal drinks that are tasty??

I made the switch from beer (and not the 100-calorie kind...I liked dark, thick, heavy imports!) to wine or vodka tonics. I switched to wine for heart health, and I've sort of become a foodie and wine just goes hand in hand with that. I also like the vodka tonics because they seem to pack quite a punch. I think most drinks/wines are going to be 100 or more calories per serving, tho.

If you truly can't do without the beer, Becks Light is only 64 calories and tastes extremely close to the regular kind.

Cheers :)

Bee,

Any drink made with spirits and a diet soda will be low in calories with only the booze at about 90 calories/ounce to consider.
Rum and Diet Coke, Gin and Diet Tonic, Whisky and Diet ginger ale...the list is endless.
There's no getting around the booze calories if you want a buzz, but there's no reason to gussy it with hundreds of calories from sugar.

If you are a heavier drinker, stick with the On-The-Rocks versions or the potent concoctions like Martinis and Dry Manhattans.
