I know spme on here are tired of hearing about PVC's, but they are so prevelant it seems. I have recently lost 30 lbs., good diet and started exercising at a gym. Treadmill, and Recumbant Bike. All is good, and staying in my target HR . Well, tonight, out of the blue, while laying on my couch, I had a RUN of PVC's. I KNOW this is what it was, as i have had them before, and I know what they feel like. PVC's coming without stop. I usually, (i only get the PVC Runs infrequently) have maybe 3 or 4 in a row. Tonight, I felt about 10 lasting about 10 seconds...scary as heck...I just lay there really still.... I have been told by my electrophisiologist that more than 3 is usually considered VENTRICULAR TACHYCARDIA. I have had this documented by a 30 day KING of Hearts monitor. BUT..the Dr. says that my heart rate at the time was barely over 100 and it was non sustained. He wasn't worried. But he knows how freaked out I get, and I think he plays it down to me. Just wondering...do any of you al get the PVC's in a row..?? I wish I could find more about this on the net, but it is al so technical. I have been trying really hard, to go slow with my workouts, and I am eating better than I have in years. I am afraid to go to sleep you all!! I fear Iwill die in my sleep. I usually stay up as late as possible. I am just so strange I suppose.. Thanks to all who reply..
