Hi everyone,
I have had bowel problems for ever it seems now. It all began a few years ago as everything Dairy started to make me sick. After I figured it was the problem I cut Dairy from my diet or took a few Lactose pills before I ate ice cream. About a year or two later I ended up having my gallbladder removed(I had the surgery 2 years ago). To this day I'm in the bathroom more then 6 times a day with either having to go diarreah or having the feeling like I need to and nothing happens. EVERYTHING I eat causes this and I can't figure it out. I was wondering if any has any remedies to help settle my stomach?? I have tried taking some pills and nothing works. If fact its to the point I will not eat out anymore because I am gaurenteed to spend aleast 15minutes in the restroom 15-30 minutes after each meal.

Hello, I am new to the board and your post caught my attention. Have you had any diagnosis from the Doctor at all yet? What were the tablets that you tried?

If you havnt already You could try taking a course of probiotics. They help to put back friendly bacteria that you could possably be lacking. If dairy is a problem for you,you can buy dairy free ones.
