My DS is 10.5 months old and for the last few weeks she doesn't sleep well at all during the night. She cries in her sleep, tosses and turns. I am getting worried cause she literally battles in her sleep. What could this be? How do I soothe her at night so she can sleep better? During the day she naps twice in the morning and once in the afternoon and I am starting to think that she naps so well cause she doesn't sleep at night. I am drained as I have to get up at 6:00am and haven't slept well in weeks. Obviously its not about me though its about my little angel. What do you think it could be?

Although it has been very hot we do have the air condition going in the bedroom. We have set it to a very comfortable temperature, so I don't think its the heat. I have tried turning the a/c off and leaving a fan on, I have tried turning both off. Nothing seems to work. I give her milk before she goes to sleep and she has no problem falling asleep, the problem is during the night.
