ok, can someone tell me what would cause the acid from these foods: ground flaxseed, milk, banana, protein soy powder and green food.....thought these were all good things but now my acid is bad....oh, i grind up vitamins in this mixture....yuk!

Milk seems to cause me problems sometimes.

I've tried switching to lactose free low fat milk, but it still can cause problems if I drink more than a few ounces.

Bananas give me heartburn now, just a thought. I think there was another person here who also had problems with them too.

Maybe try and eliminate 1 thing at a time and add it back in to see what is causing it.

I've had severe burning and nausea all day...Can an endoscopy do that?? I feel so sick!

It's possible that if you were given medications during the endoscopy, they are causing nausea but I don't know about the burning. Did you skip your medication before the test?

i didnt really feel well for a day or less (can't remember) after my endoscopy either. nausea went away the next day
