I was dignosed almost a week ago. I have to go in for b12 shots once a week for a month, then once a month. My legs feel heavy and sore my knees especially  ...at the end of the day I feel like I cant even move. The tingling stopped (but it comes and goes, not as bad as before)
Anyone else has this problem? :)

I could hardly move or sleep at the end of the day because my limp were numb and tinging. It was SO uncomfortable.
I had to call into work on Monday because I was so sore. I started back going to the gym last Tuesday, because I read that that helps. I had doubts I could do anything at the gym. There was an immediate improvement. Exercise helps a lot. (walking doesn't count, I always walk two miles a day.)
I'm taking iron pills twice a day.

Hi Star...thank you for your reply I notice that when I get up in the morning my legs are sore and its hard for me to walk. At the end of the day when I get home from work my legs are sore. I am going to see my doctor this Tuesday for my b12 shot and I am going to ask him if I should take some iron pills everyone is telling me I should.
Bye for now and good health ;)
