ok, so my throat hurts like hell, I flinch when I swallow, the pain varies thru the day. Now this happened yesterday, I was in the shower and I think I coughed up some stomach acid and burned the left side of my throat. There are white patches on the left side and the left side of my throat seems swollen.

Because I freak out alot I took pics for ppl to see, lol

Does anyone think its tonsillitis or just a burnt neck that will evntually heal. Can tonsillitis only affect one pair of tonsils?
