My mother in law just called and gave me this information to look up for her.

she has a left Adnexal cyst-3.5cm-and is abnormal. The doctors told her it is nothing. If anyone has info about a adnexal cyst please comment. Thanks

I will tell you this about my experience. I had a CT scan for some issues with my gall bladder and they stated there was a solid mass on my left adnexa possibly a dermoid cyst. I followed up with my gyno which they confirmed. The adnexa is just the area where your cyst, etc are located. If she is not satisfied I would call the doctor back. If you do not get answers that way then I would go to another doctor. Yours and your mothers health are what matter most. They should have explained a bit better about what was going on.
