we are TCC I just got off BCP, this is the first month off of it. I am at day 13. I took first response ovulation kit and got 2 lines, the response line is darker than test line- so I think that means I will ovulate soon- has anyone used this test? is it accurate? How long do I have to BD. Does this test really work? Please- need your advice.

I have used this test. It's the brand that my Dr recommended. I generally ovulate between 24-48 hours after I get a positive result on the test. You need to BD for the next 48 hours, not more than once a day. ;)

thanks- for the reply- so BD only once per day- not twice? How come just once- it that what your doctor told you?

You BD once per day because the sperm needs the chance to build up. While your partner may be able to ejaculate more than once per day, the sperm count dramatically decreases if you do. The most common thought is that you should BD once per day if your partner does not have sperm issues and every other day if he does.
