View Full Version : MS tremors??

Hi everyone..
I am undiagnosed (excluding "probable") and I had the weirdest thing happen today. I was holding a fast food drink and moving it from one leg to the other and gripped it at the top with my right hand- as soon as I held the gripping position, my hand started shaking violently! I could relax it and it would stop. This lasted for about 10 minutes. Although I frequently feel what I call "internal tremors", nothing like this has ever happened before. Please offer any related experiences and/or advice.

Thanks and God bless:angel:

millsc,

I'm undiagnosed as well ("wait and see") but I too have experienced this. The first time, believe it or not, was in a fast food restaurant! Anyway, I was standing in line and looking at the menu. I decided to rest my left hand against my jaw while I pondered my choices. Suddenly, my hand my jerking violently against my jaw. I took it down and it stopped, but when I put it up there again or carried my bag, it was jerking again. I have a similar experience with my left foot. I unfortunately have no advise on the matter. I haven't gotten any help from the dr for it. When it happens, I just wait until it stops.

Thanks for the replies... Since I'm still undiagnosed (1 lesion on MRI) I'm not sure what to attribute these symptoms to and apparently neither do the physicians
PCP says its MS based on symptoms and his past experiences with other patients (he's had 3 MS diagnosed patients); but from a diagnostic standpoint, not enough yet although I personally think I need to repeat the MRI and have one of the spinal cord since I've never had one and the brain MRI was over a year ago.
Thanks again for the replies and God bless!
