To all of you who responded to my message. Last week saturday I recieved word from the judge saying he approved my benefits for ssa and ssi. I applied on april 1, 2000, and it took me this length of time to get word. One of you mentioned in your'e message back to me, that a person gets only back pay or benefits from only one year back, that is not true. I will be getting benefits for 3 years. also another person mentioned I should have a lawyer, that is not true either. I never had one. I went to my hearing by myself, I just told the judge how my sickness is, and how I can't work anymore. I wish I could work, there's nothing more rewarding than contributing to society. But last summer, August 2001, I had a pulmanary imbolism, and had to have a vena cava filter placed in me. Otherwise, I would of died that day. I just want to wish you the best of Luck. But, I want to share with you, God, the Lord Jesus Christ can help all of you. He can see you through this time. His purpose is always filled.
