Hi Overthe weekend we had a hospital stay with my son. I want to know if you all think this was a seizure.
Here's the story My son on Saturday night decided to bounce on a air mattress and the kids were down stairs playing my son bounced on his butt on the mattress then he bounced on the floors my son is 9yrs old.
Then my son got up and sat in a chair my other son said that all of a sudden he heard my son making a weird noise and my older son said did it hurt that bad? No response from my 9yr old then my 9yr old arched his back and then he lifted his arms and he started banging his hands and his eyes got really big and it lasted about 30seconds.
When my son woke up he kept asking what happened and his hands and arms where numb. We did rush him to the hospital, but the drs didn't really take us seriously about the "like seizure" activity, because no adults didn't see it, but like I said my older son has seen grand mal seizures before. Also another child was with them and she was very upset and had never seen anything like that before.
Thank you for any input and advice. Busy mom
