HELLO MY PROBLEM IS I AM INJURED AND IT WAS DUE TO A ON JOB INJURY OF THE LEFT SHOULDER AND CHEST ALSO NECK INJURY. AS OF 2000. I HAVE A LAWYER AND A TMJ DOCTOR AND ALSO ORTHOPEDIC DOCTOR. WHAT I AM WORRIED ABOUT IS THE DEFENSE SIDE HAS BEEN NOT HELPFUL IN MY CASE. THEY WANT ME TO SEE ONE OF THERE TMJ DOCTORS. IT IS HARD TO PROVE I HAVE TMJ IN A WORKERS COMP CASE. I CLENCH MY TEETH AND GRIND THEM. ALSO I HAVE ALOT OF HEADACHES AND SHOULDER PAIN AND ALSO BODY MUSCULAR PAIN ALL OVER. MY TMJ DOCTOR TOLD ME IT IS DUE TO TMJ AND MY INJURY. IS THERE ANYONE WITH ANY EXPERIENCE TO INFORMATION ABOUT THIS. ANYONE ON WORKERS COMP. PLEASE I NEED YOUR HELP.

Hi Purple

I have the same problem as you . I have TMJD. Did your TMJ problem start because of a work accident? I quallified for dissability but here in Canada, you have to have the problem for over 6 months I believe and must continue with treatmen and last 2 or more years. I was denied 4 times and appealed them all. Get all the doctors you have that said you tmj and get them to write it down on paper and take them with you
Not sure if this helped or not, but good luck
Kierra
