Most people I see on here get them at Wal Mart, but if U want, U can use the regular cinnamon spice, just use a 1/2 tsp. I buy the cheapest brand I can find in the grocery store for about 1.29. My husband puts it on his oatmeal in the morning, or even in his coffee, I use it straight out of the jar.

Thats strange you can find them in every pharmacy around here kmart, cvs, walmaert etcc.... 500 mg capsules about $6 .
