any suggestions for how to deal with quivering at night? I quiver during the day also, but it is not as noticeable as it is when I lay down to go to sleep. It is mainly my right foot, but also other places occasionally. Even feels like my ear drum is quiveirng against the pillow.

I dont' get to see my neurologist until Sept 7 and then I will ask him for some medication or something, but until then I wondered if there is something else that helps. I know wrapping my foot with a scarf helps to calm it some.

I haven't seen my neuro for a year because I thought I was fine. He was going to give me medication a year ago for symptoms, but I didn't think I needed it. Now I wish I would have let him. This has been going on for a couple weeks. I'm hoping it will go away!

I can relate.I have used a heavy blanket folded up and put on my feet it seems to lesson the quivers.Tonic water , which contains quinine may help.I take quinine for chronic spasticity at night and the quivering has stopped for the most part.
