There are no exercises that will help you increase your height. That is genetically determined. Don't waste you energy trying to change it!

It depends on what age you are in!!!!
Men can increase their height up to the age of 28,even after 30 there's a possibility.
You can do the jumping & the hanging on a chin up bar every day.
I bought a book from the net called (Growing Taller Secrets) to help me achieve this. Actually I loved the book & I'm going to start the program from tomorrow.:blob_fire

Actually i'm working on this now.
The book says u woun't get the results before 3 or 4 weeks from the beginning of the program.
Honestly, my lifestyle is so crowded that i hardly find time to rest, & the program requires more attention for the morning exercise & the rest of the day exercises. Also concerns on eating the healthy food that i'm not able to do all the time & this makes me anxious.Try it, i assure u that u would loose nothing.

28 or 30? Are you out of your mind? The pubic bone closes waaaaaay before then. I doubt anyone can grow after 21 at the VERY latest. Where did you get this from, someone trying to sell you something?

:blob_fire This sounds crazy, but I gained 1 inch in height from lifting free weights, and I didn't start the free weights until I was 30! I really think that building up the back muscles really does improve posture to the point of appearing to gain an inch in height, since it has happened to me. Even my doctor couldn't figure it out. He did say that weight lifting does make the bones denser and help ward off osteoporosis.

so you did not, in fact, grow taller, you just improved your posture. there's a difference. i don't think it's right to be giving people false hope about growing as an adult. sure, maybe they could improve their posture as well, and APPEAR taller, but what if they already have good posture and they're just short? it's going to give them false hopes.

can't say it will increase your height, but pilates is excellent for posture improvement.
