Is this okay to eat for a day? I feel like such a fat slob but my friends are telling me I'm still not eating enough. I told them this was the most they were going to get so they've gotten off my back a bit. But this feels like too much to me.

Breakfast - 1 cup multi grain cheerios, dry

Lunch: 2 slices light wheat bread, 1/4 cup egg substitutes, nonfat cherry yogurt

Snack: 7 whole grain pretzels with honey and flaxseed

Dinner: 2 slices light wheat bread, 4 slices healthy choice 97% fat free chicken, vegetable wheat thins

Snack: Grapes

Rounding up, this is about 750 calories. But it feels like so much food! I don't understand. I feel really gross. I want to throw it all up, but the anorexia is enough for me, I don't need bulimia also. Still, I'm thinking about it.

no (make that a firm "NO"), that is not enough. not nearly enough. that, my dear, is the diet of an anorexic. are you in therapy? you really should be, because what you're doing will kill you without a doubt. how long have you been eating this little? i KNOW that it feels like a lot, but trust me that it is the disorder, that amount of food is in no way enough. honestly, if you can't get yourself eating more VERY soon, you should probably consider checking into a hospital, or at the very least, an intensive outpatient program. please don't take this lightly, k?
