Hey everyone, I have a question/problem that my mom is facing.

She is having really bad diarrhea. Basically, she is going every 15-30 minutes, and everything she has been eating/drinking seems to be shooting straight through. This has been going on all day, and she has yet figured out what the problem is.

She says she is also having horrible stomach cramps as well. As of now, no vomit or any other symptoms.

Any thoughts, suggestions on what this might be? How to help treat it?

If it came on suddenly probably a stomach virus. Did she eat anything that may have been queastionable that could have given her food poisining

It certainly sounds like a stomach virus. She really needs to see a Doctor -- losing elrctrolyes is a big problem along with becoming dehydrated,
