Has anyone tried Colonix by Dr. Natura? If you, could you please share your experience with this product. Was it easy on your system? Would you use this product again? Why or why not? Would you recommend a different product? Any other comments or suggestions regarding this type of detox would be very helpful. Thank you for your time.

I did it for a month. the Fiber tastes lousy so I took it with juice, etc. I worked great for me. I didn't see anything abnormal coming out like they advertise but at least I went everyday. I also didn't lose one pound as they stated you might. The only problem I had is when I got off of it my IBS came right back. I ordered the probiotics that they list on the website and will see if that helps. It puts good bacteria in your intestines that help regulate you.
