i just got done watching the dr rauch videos on vest. compensation and viral infections and got to say i wish i watched them earlier. the way he describes it and talks about it make everything ive been feeling and everything people have been saying make alot of sense. its really put me in a better mood about all of this and makes everything ive been feeling and thinking seem really normal instead of feeling not normal.

bottom line is eventaually people get better and its just with time and excersise.

i like how he used the when your a baby and you learn to walk and you learn how to do things and balance....and now you have to do basically the same thing.

anyways....just talking outloud. hope everyone is doing better!

Yeh it does make you feel better that you know you will ultimately recover, but you forget that when you have a period of the dizziness being worse and you just generally feel ill.

This thing is bloody irritating and I am sick of it...but it will go...maybe in another year!

dr rauch doesn't say anything about vrt in the compensation video. he has another video on vrt but it sounds just like another way to go about it and not something you need to do to get better
