Hello all,

I am 30, male, 5' 6'' and I weigh 150 lbs. I have been working out for a while now and managed to lose some weight but now I seem to have hit the plateau. I have deposits of fat around my waist and on the chest (man-boobs, arrrgghh, I hate them). I had in fact gone down to 148 but gained back 2 pounds (can't figure out why). I wish to lose about 10 lbs more (15, if possible, I have a medium frame).

My question is: Has anyone tried the Anne Collins program?

I was thinking of trying it, but wanted to make sure. What makes me interested specially is the price, $ 20 for a year. I cannot afford the other ones, but this I can. Worst comes to worst, I will lose the 20 bucks.

Please, if anyone has any input, do share it with me.

Thanks, Sikandar.

I have not tried that diet myself but have heard it is just a very low calorie diet. Hope that helps. I tried that Lipodrene stuff and it seems to be working for me. Good Luck! Keep ups posted:) :)
