Many many younger parents are putting their kids on the gfcf diet (gluten free/casein free) and, since we know what an offender milk is anyway, that seems like a good one to try. Parents whose kids have Down syndrome with autistic spectrum disorder (DS/ASD) or DS with OCD or DS with Celiac Disease could tell you a lot more about the benefits of this diet.
