Are you positive it is a yeast infection? Have you had a doctor examine you every time? I ask because it is very likely you may have bacterial vaginosis, which, according to my doctor is more common than yeast infections and many women who think they have a yeast infection and self-treat in fact do have bv.

I have chronic yeast infections from birth control. The estrogen in the pill makes my system get out of whack. I've tried progesterone only pills and it clears up the yeast infections, but my acne gets something aweful!! It's a no-win situation for me.

Have you seen a DR for this or are you self treating? My thought is that maybe you are resistant to the medication. It might knock it down for a while but may not be totally curing it. I would see your Dr to discuss it. They do have medication you can take in pill form which works really well.
