She committed suicide two weeks ago and then two days ago, her sister who was 9 months pregnant lost her baby girl.. Things have been really hard.. I find myself, just crying at the drop of a hat.. its really hard. I guess because I don't understand suicide at all and just the loss of both is so overwhelming.

There is no way to understand the act of suicide. I think you have to come to terms with that fact. You have had losses that are close to you. Go ahead and cry and greive for your friends. No one can tell another how to greive and you have to cry it out. When you have cried an ocean of tears then maybe you can start to get better.I am very sorry to hear of your losses.
