Amy,
Check out the anxiety board. Or do a search on this site. A lot of people recommend fish oil, and calcium/magnesium and swear by it.

Hi Amy,
My homeopathic doc recommended that I try some L-Theanine, which is an amino acid. She also rec'd magnesium. I started the magnesium, but haven't gotten the L-Theanine yet, so I can't tell you if it works!! HTH

The best vitamin I tried for this is Valerian root.
It helps calm you down.
Get like 450 MG per capsule.
They sell this in all vitamin stores and drug stores.
Now if this dont work, then you might have to try one of the anti depressants.
I think a really good anti depressant is Klonopin.
You dont have to take it every day and it doesn't have the side effects of
Zoloft, Paxil, Lexapro etc.
